Gwidt Takes Home Second Feature in a Row at MMS!

The D & D Amusement Games Super Stocks took to the track with Kyle Andrich and Marv Flick leading the way in the 20-lap main event.  Andrich stole the early lead away from Flick with Ryan Hinner running a close third. On lap 4, Flick decided it was his turn to lead, the two drivers raced side-by-side for several laps. In the first 11 laps, Flick and Andrich traded leads 5 times.  Randall Wilhorn decided he seen enough of the two drivers in front of him, the youngster from Nekoosa blew by and put himself in the captain’s chair.  Wilhorn, who was very fast, had a mirror full of fast timer Michael Gwidt. Gwidt, who is fast wherever he goes, followed Wilhorn for three laps.

On lap 15, Gwidt moved past Wilhorn for the lead bringing Colin Reffner with him.  Once in the lead and having a lead built up on Reffner, it was evident that Gwidt was the man to beat.  Cruising to the win was Wausau’s Gwidt with Colin Reffner and Mark Langreck your top three finishers. John Olson and Erin Schlough rounded out the top five.  Andrich and Wilhorn scored wins in their repective heats with Randall Wilhorn scoring a win in the Dash 4 Cash as well.
